Jennifer Gray oversees Risk 1's day-to-day operations, ensuring the firm delivers consistent, high-quality service across every client engagement. She works closely with the leadership team to align internal processes with the standards Risk 1 holds its clients to.

Grayson Dabbs leads Risk 1's technology strategy, building the digital tools and systems that support the firm's consulting work and client communication. He's focused on making sure technology serves the firm's core mission rather than getting in the way of it.

Pamella Santamarina brings hands-on EHSS expertise to Risk 1's client engagements, working directly with site teams to assess risk, build management systems, and strengthen safety culture from the ground up.
